Ownership over instructions
We'd rather someone flag a problem early and propose a fix than wait to be told exactly what to do. Everyone here is expected to think, not just execute.
Direct, respectful communication
Disagreement is fine — we'd rather surface it than let it fester. Feedback is specific, timely, and about the work, not the person.
Depth over busywork
We measure contribution by whether a problem actually got solved well, not by hours logged or activity generated.
Learning is expected
The tools and platforms we work with change constantly. Staying curious and picking up new things isn't optional here — it's part of the job.
